SPINACH MEATBALLS 
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed well & drained
1 lb. ground round
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 soup can water
Oil, flour, salt & pepper

In a large skillet, saute onion in oil until transparent. Transfer with slotted spoon to a large bowl. Add spinach, salt and pepper, meat, egg and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Shape into meat balls and roll in seasoned flour. Saute in oil until outsides are brown. Place in casserole.

Combine soup and water. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over rice or spinach noodles. Preparation 1 hour. Serves 4. Be sure to squeeze thawed spinach of any excess water.
