APPLE CRISP 
10 med. Granny apples, peeled, cored, sliced thin
7 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. well chilled butter
Vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter 2x10x15-inch baking dish. Toss apples with lemon juice in large bowl. Add one cup brown sugar and toss to coat. Arrange apple mixture in even layer in prepared baking dish. Mix remaining 1 cup brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples. Bake until apples are tender and topping is golden brown, about 1 hour. Let crisp stand 5 minutes, cut in squares. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
