COOKED CABBAGE SALAD | |
Fry pieces of country bacon in a skillet. Cut up a head of cabbage as for slaw. Toss in skillet a short time. Whip 1 cup cream with about 2 tablespoons vinegar (to taste) until foamy. Pour over bacon and cabbage in a serving bowl. |
