FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. Brazil nuts, chopped
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 lb. graham crackers
1 lb. white seedless raisins
1 c. mixed glazed fruit
1 (8 oz.) jar cherries, drained
1 lb. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. orange rind
1/4 tsp. EACH: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, allspice

Crush crackers, add nuts, raisins, fruit, and cherries. Mix juice with marshmallows and spices and bring to a boil. Pour over dry mixture, shape and wrap in foil. Store in refrigerator 1 month.
