STUFFED POTATOES 
10 med. sized potatoes, scooped out
1/2 lb. lamb meat
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. pine nuts
1 c. tomatoes
1 c. water
1 tsp. allspice
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry potatoes in butter lightly and reserve. Fry meat, onions, and pine nuts. Use this mixture to stuff inside scooped out potatoes. Place in shallow baking dish and cover with tomatoes, water, and seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until tender.
