FRIED SHRIMP 
1 lb. med. to jumbo shrimp
2 eggs
1/8 c. milk
2 c. flour
Cajun seasoning
1/4 c. mustard

Clean shrimp. Season to taste. Add mustard to shrimp. In another bowl, mix eggs and milk. Add seasoning to egg and milk mixture. Add shrimp to egg and milk. Add seasoning to flour, then roll shrimp in flour. Fry until golden brown.
