HELEN'S CHICKEN OLAY 
1 or 2 chickens, cut up
1/3 c. oil
Flour
Salt
Pepper

Roll chicken in flour mixture. Brown chicken in oil. Remove from oil. Add 1 medium onion, diced to oil. Saute in oil until tender, about 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of water. Put chicken back in skillet, add 1/2 cup sliced green olives and 1/2 can tomatoes and juice. Add 1 teaspoon sugar. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
