SHRIMP & CRAB MEAT CREOLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. cooked shrimp
1 lb. crab meat
2 c. bread, cubed
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushrooms or celery soup, undiluted
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika

Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole. Alternate layers of shrimp, crab meat and bread crumbs. Combine soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; pour over top of casserole mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. The sauce flavors the mixture, but does not sink into the mixture. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
