TUNA THERMIDOR 
1 sm. can mushroom pcs.
1 qt. (4 c.) thick white sauce
2 egg yolks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 mashed clove garlic
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 jigger sherry
5 cans white chunk tuna fish
Buttered bread crumbs
Toasted almonds
Season to taste

Combine first 7 ingredients. Fold in tuna fish. Spoon into baking shells and cover completely with buttered bread crumbs. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. NOTE: May substitute lobster, crabmeat or imitation crabmeat for the tuna. Serves 12.
