ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
3/4 c. Crisco
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in bowl, blend until creamy. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda, gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoons on an ungreased baking sheet.

For chewy cookies, bake 8 to 10 minutes. For crispy cookies, bake 11 to 13 minutes. Cool and enjoy. Serves 3 dozen.
