LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ready made pie crust

Combine milk and beaten eggs in bowl, mixing well. Add lemon juice slowly, blending well. Pour in crust. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla gradually, beating until blended. Spread over filling.

Bake at 350°F until brown. Chill until serving time.
