PRALINE PIE 
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. box butterscotch pudding
1 (9 inch) cooked pie shell

Combine sugar, butter and pecans in saucepan. Cook until bubbly. Pour into cooked pie shell and bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix pudding as directed on box. Pour on top of other mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
