HAM WITH RAISIN SAUCE 
1 Reynolds cooking bag
1 tbsp. flour
2 med. apples, peeled & chopped
1 c. apple juice
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2-4 lb. boneless ham
Whole cloves (optional)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in cooking bag; place in 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Add chopped apples, juice, raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Lightly score ham, stud with cloves. Place ham in bag. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut 6 half inch slits on top. Bake 1 to 1 3/4 hours. Serve with sauce from bag. 4 to 6 servings.
