SHIRLEY'S DELICIOUS CRANBERRY
SALAD
 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lb. uncooked cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 orange, pulp & peel
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkg. red Jello
3 1/2 c. water

Place cranberries and orange in food processor or blender and grind up. Place in large bowl. Add sugar to this.

Mix 2 packages Jello with 3 1/2 cups cold water. Add ice cubes to thicken. When thick add cranberry mixture, drained pineapple and chopped nuts. Pour into large pyrex dish or molds. This molds beautifully.
