SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, not drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. can pimento, diced
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/8 tsp. celery seed

Mix all together and refrigerate. Keeps well.
