1 pkg. Duncan Hines deluxe yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. butter, cut in thin slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9"x2" pan. Dump undrained pineapple into pan. Spread evenly. Dump in pie filling and spread. Dump dry cake mix onto cherry layer and spread. Sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Put batter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 48 to 53 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
