CHICKEN SCAMPI | |
2 tbsp. butter 4 boneless chicken breasts 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup water 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 4 cups hot cooked capellini or thin spaghetti Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add soup, water, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with pasta. Serves 4. Submitted by: AW |
