SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread
3/4 lb. American cheese slices
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
2 c. bulk pork sausage, fried
3 c. milk
6 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. instant onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut bread into circles. Arrange leftover bread excluding circles in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Cover with broccoli, sausage and cheese. Cover with bread circles. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight before baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes uncovered. Serves 6.
