TRIM TURKEY HASH 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. cooked potatoes, diced
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 c. diced cooked turkey
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt the butter in a heavy non-stick skillet and saute the potatoes and onion until they are brown. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook the mixture over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture is hot and well combined.
