CARROT BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. bran
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. molasses
3 c. finely grated carrots
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnut meats

Mix together eggs, oil, sugar and molasses. Add carrots, raisins and then rest of ingredients. Fill 24 greased muffins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
