LADY FINGER TORTE 
1 pt. heavy cream
11 oz. cream cheese
3 pkgs. lady fingers
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat cream until thick and forms peaks. Slowly fold whipped cream into cheese mixture until well blended. Line a spring-form pan with lady fingers on sides and bottom. Put 1/3 of filling over lady fingers; repeat filling and lady fingers until used up. Place pineapple, blueberry, or whatever topping you like or whatever is in season on top.
