DELUXE CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 egg yolks, plus 2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Dash salt
Dash black pepper
Dash paprika
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

FOR CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Green pepper or tomato rings for garnish, if desired

Place chicken breasts between pieces of waxed paper. Flatten slightly with your hand. Whisk egg yolks with water. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Brown chicken breasts in butter on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare sauce: melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour. Slowly add the milk and cook, stirring until sauce thickens. Season with Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese and Cheddar cheese. Transfer chicken to hot serving dish. Pour sauce over. If desired, garnish with tomato or pepper rings-strips. 4 servings.

I have been making this recipe for over 15 years and it is still our favorite chicken recipe. I also use this recipe to make chicken Parmesan, I just use regular sauce and mozzarella instead of the cheese sauce. I also like to double the cheese sauce because you can never have to much.
