RED VELVET CAKE 
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 oz. red food coloring
2 eggs

ICING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. black walnuts

Mix oil and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, beating well. Add vinegar and coloring. Sift all dry ingredients together. Alternate dry ingredients and buttermilk. Blend well. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Icing: Blend well.
