STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
15 - 20 large mushrooms

Brown sausage and drain grease. Mix together with bread crumbs and cheese. Remove stems from mushrooms and wipe caps clean. Stuff sausage mixture into cap of mushroom. Extra stuffing can be placed on top of mushrooms.

Bake at 350°F for 20 - 25 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is browned.
