PUMPKIN SUPREME PIE 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 qt. milk
4 c. sugar
5 eggs
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
Sprinkle of BLAIR cinnamon
3 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, salt and BLAIR vanilla. In the empty pumpkin can mix the 5 eggs and flour with egg beater until flour is mixed well. Sprinkle BLAIR cinnamon into mixture. Stir until evenly distributed. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Makes 4 pies.
