POTATOES ROLLS 
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. dry yeast
1 (2 oz.) pkg. instant potatoes
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
4 3/4 c. plain flour

Mix instant potatoes according to package. Mix yeast with 2 cups flour. Heat 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup Crisco, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup sugar. Let cool. Add remaining flour and eggs (2 eggs beaten). Grease pan and make roll out. Let rolls rise before cooking. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly brown.
