SOUFFLE - EGG FONDUE 
12 slices white bread
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
10 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Cut off crusts of bread and cube. Spread grated cheese over bread. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper over bread and cheese. Prepare night before use and refrigerate. Remove 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour in 320 degree oven.
