EGG NOG 
2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk, cold
5 eggs, separate eggs and yolks
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. milk (low fat)
Nutmeg - to taste
Whiskey - to taste

Put the 2 cans of milk in refrigerator until ready to use. Beat egg yolks, sugar, vanilla together. Add milk and evaporated milk. Add nutmeg to taste. Add whiskey if desired.

Beat egg whites until they are stiff. Add powdered sugar and beat until foamy. When ready to serve, add egg whites that are beaten until foamy and top with nutmeg. Yield: 15 servings. Double recipe for party.

Suggestion: Freeze a portion of the egg nog in ice cube trays. Serve in punch bowl instead of ice cubes.
