CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Paper cups

Put paper cup liners in muffin tin. Put graham cracker and butter mixture 1/4 on bottom of liner. Cream cream cheese with the sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.

Put on top of crumbs, 2/3 way up to top of liner. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven and let cool. Top with any pie filling. Makes 24 to 25 tarts. I like Comstock cherry pie filling.
