CRANBERRY SALAD MOLD 
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced apple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Heat cranberry sauce, strain and set berries aside; dissolve gelatin in hot juice and add water. Add salt and lemon juice. Chill until thickened slightly. Beat in mayonnaise with rotary beater until light and fluffy. Fold in cranberries, apple and nuts. Place mixture in attractive mold for 4 hours or overnight. Unmold and garnish with mayonnaise.

Can be made into Christmas candles by dividing mixture evenly into 6 juice cans. At serving time, unmold and insert 1/2 birthday candle in top of each "candle". Light candle and serve.
