SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Mix ingredients, shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls. Bake on ungreased rack in pan in 400 degree oven until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes. (4 servings.)

Meatballs (above)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (13 1/3 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, coarsely chopped

Cook meatballs. Drain fat. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover, simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Cover; simmer until crisp-tender. 5 minutes. (4 servings.) (I use crock pot after the meatballs are made.)
