SCRUMPTIOUS SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
3 med. bananas, mashed
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. frozen, sliced strawberries or 3 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in water; blend in fruit and nuts. Pour half of mixture into 13x9 inch pan and refrigerate until set. Keep remaining gelatin at room temperature. Spread sour cream over thickened gelatin in pan. Pour rest of gelatin mixture on top of sour cream and refrigerate until set.
