TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained 12 oz. Colby cheese, cubed 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 (16 oz.) can french fried onion rings Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. In 6 quart casserole, combine tuna, cheese, mushrooms, and macaroni. Combine soup and milk and add to casserole; mix well. Top casserole with 1/2 can french fried onions. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until top is crisp and brown. Stir casserole and add remaining onions to top. Return to oven; bake for 45 minutes longer. Serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
