FRUIT PIZZA 
Pillsbury refrigerator sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
Fruit slices (kiwi, strawberries, bananas, peaches)
1/4 c. apple jelly
1 tbsp. hot water

Line pizza pan with 1/8 slices of cookie dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-14 minutes. Cool.

Whip cream. Add sugar. Blend in softened cream cheese. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit slices in concentric circles on cream base. Glaze with apple jelly that had been heated with 1 tablespoon hot water, cooled. Spoon over fruit and chill. Serves 12.
