FRENCH CANADIAN MEAT PIE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. ground veal
1 sm. onion
1 lg. potato
2 pie crusts (9 inch)
2 tbsp. milk

Peel, dice and boil potato. Mince onion. Brown meat and drain. Place one pie crust in greased pie plate. Drain potato and combine with onion and meat. Spread into pie plate and cover with second crust. Brush with milk. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees or until golden. Serve with green tomato chow.
