PUMPKIN PIE #1 
1 lg. can Libby's pumpkin
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
2 cans Carnation evaporated milk

In large mixing bowl put all ingredients but eggs and milk. Mix very well. Add eggs and mix again; slowly add canned milk mixing well. Pour into two 9 inch unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes or until center is firm and does not jiggle.
