EASY BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lbs. cubed beef round or chuck 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh 1/2 c. red wine Combine in crock pot - 1 hour on high and 7 hours on low. When done, thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water, if desired. Serve over noodles. Serves 6 to 8. |
