SALMON BALLS 
1 lg. can salmon
1/4 c. salmon juice
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 heaping tsp. baking powder

Drain salmon, reserve juice. Remove bones and skin if desired. Add egg and salmon juice. Combine baking powder and flour. Add to salmon mixture. Mix lightly, but well. Drop by teaspoons into hot oil. Cook until brown and crisp. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
