MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
family size pkg. ground chuck
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can enchilada sauce
1 bottle taco sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 pkg. (12 oz.) sliced American cheese
1 small onion, chopped

Brown ground meat, drain. Add soup, enchilada sauce, taco sauce, chili powder, and onion; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

Layer corn tortillas in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spoon meat mixture over tortillas; lay a slice of cheese over meat mixture. Place another layer of tortillas, meat mixture and then top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
