1 1/2 qts. strawberry ice cream
1/2 c. strawberry jam
3 (7 oz.) bottles ginger ale

Divide ice cream between 8 (10 ounce) glasses. Add 1 tablespoon jam to each glass. Fill with ginger ale and stir with long spoon.
