CHEESE STRAWS 
1 lb. extra sharp cheese, grated
2 sticks butter
Dash cayenne pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour

Cream butter and cheese until very soft and creamy. Add flour, slowly mixing. Add pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Put mixture in pastry bag with star tip. Squeeze onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until slightly brown. Shape will be about the size of a quarter and look like a big star.
