SEAFOOD 
1 1/4 lb. lobster, fresh in shell
1 cap dry Vermouth
1/4 lb. butter
3 c. Ritz crackers
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. minced onion, celery or fresh
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice

Parboil 1 fresh lobster, split tail on bottom side, open and lay upside down. Mix all ingredients except vermouth and lemon. Stuff opening in lobster. Pour lemon and vermouth over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Superb!
