TATOR TOT HOT DISH 
2 lb. ground beef
2 (6 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lb. bag tator tots
Salt & pepper if you desire

Combine ground beef, celery and onions together; cook until ground beef is browned.

Combine soup and milk with ground beef and cook for 10 minutes. In an 8 x 10 inch casserole dish spread ground beef mixture in casserole dish with a layer of tator tots. Then spread the rest of the mixture on top of the tator tots, then put tator tots on the rest of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
