4 lb. beef roast, eye of the round

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
2 c. water
4 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce over beef roast and cover. Bake 4 hours at 300 degrees F. Baste meat with sauce every 30 minutes.
