OVEN CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® grain and wild rice (fast cooking)
1 chicken, cut up or 6 lg. breasts
1 can each: cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 soup cans water

Grease 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Put uncooked rice on bottom. Sprinkle on seasoning packet with the rice. Combine the canned soups. Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Spoon on the soups to cover meat. Add water over all. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours covered, but remove cover for last 15-20 minutes of baking time. Good for company entree. Gives hostess time to visit.
