PER SERVING:

1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1 oz. vodka
1/4 cup pineapple juice

Combine cranberry juice, vodka and pineapple juice in a tall glass. Add ice cubes and stir until well chilled.

Suggested garnish: pineapple chunks and mint sprigs.

Serves 1.
