BISHOP'S BREAD 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
1/3 c. candied cherries, chopped
1/3 c. miniature chocolate chips
1/3 c. raisins

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat well. Combine flour, salt, baking powder. Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
