ENGLISH CHIPS 
1 lg. baking potato
Malt vinegar and salt

Scrub potato and dry well. Leave skin on, and slice into 1/4 inch rounds. Place slices on a microwave roasting rack. Microwave on high 10 minutes, or until chips begin to brown. Sprinkle with malt vinegar and salt to taste.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
