SHISHKABOB 
Stew beef
Cherry tomatoes
Mushrooms
purple onions
Pineapple chunks
Green peppers
Boiled small new potatoes
Carrot chunks

Marinate meat several hours in refrigerator before grilling. Set out all ingredients and let each person make their own kabobs. Baste whole kabob with marinade sauce while grilling.

MARINADE SAUCE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
