VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD 
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
2 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 c. cauliflower flowerettes
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped
1 c. sliced pitted olives
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1 med. avocado, peeled and sliced
1 med. tomato, seeded and chopped

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. In large bowl, combine macaroni, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives and green onion. Toss with Italian dressing. Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, toss vegetable mixture with avocado and tomato. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
